(C) Fungi are not prokaryotic cell which lacks the nuclear membrane. They are eukaryotic cells which are, in general, larger than most bacteria. They contain both DNA and RNA, and completely insensitive to antibacterial antibiotics. All fungi are Gram positive. (Ryan et al, pp. 571-577)
