Dissection of the Pelvis |
Step 1
Blunt dissect the visceral contents of the pelvis and appreciate their relationships. |

Step 2
Bisect the pelvis and remove one limb. (At this point, refer to the dissection of the perineum and complete this before bisecting the pelvis) | |||
Step 3
Demonstrate the parts of the viscera that have been bisected. | |||
Step 4
Dissect the branches of the internal iliac arteries and nerves on the lateral wall of the pelvis. |
