Origin
Humeral head: common flexor origin of med epicondyle. Ulnar head: aponeurosis from med olecranon and upper three quarters subcutaneous border of ulna
Action
Flexes and adducts wrist. Fixes pisiform during action of hypothenar muscles
Insertion
Pisiform, hook of hamate, base of 5th MC via pisohamate and pisometacarpal ligs
Nerve
Ulnar N (C6, 7) (by communication from lat cord)
