Radiologic signs:
  • Inhomogeneous pulmonary artery density: Note right descending branch of pulmonary artery is more dense than left , because of the cavity behind it.
  • Pulmonary artery overlay sign: You are able to visualize the descending branch of the right pulmonary artery, indicating that the density is either in front or behind it.
