Abnormal Finding
If Uterus is enlarged note its size, surface, consistency, shape, tenderness and its mobility. Uterine size should be described in cms above symphisis pubis.
Note the size, shape, consistency, mobility and tenderness of any palpable masses.

- Enlarged size: (Pregnancy, Uterine myoma, Cancer uterus)
- Position( Retroversion or retroflexion)
- Consistency
- Soft, boggy, smooth (Pregnancy)
- Lumpy (Fibroid)
- Mobility Fixed.(Malignancy)
- Tenderness(Endometritis)
- Adnexa
- Enlargement, mass. (Ovarian mass, Pelvic inflammatory mass)
- Extreme tenderness: (PID, Ectopic pregnancy)
