Describe the nails. What does the appearance of  nail suggest to you?

Case 1  answer (Nail)

The nails are concave  with longitudinal ridges. It is called Kiolonychia.

The nail changes are typical of chronic Iron deficiency anemia. They are brittle and break easily.
