  1. In the diagnostic work-up for DVT what is the LR+ for
    1. Ultrasonography?
    2. Impedance plethysmography?

    What are the corresponding LR+ values in asymptomatic people? c, d

  2. Reformulate the assertion that PE is found in 90% of patients with a high probability scan with normal ventilation? (ie, as sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, etc)
  3. Reformulate "pulmonary arteriography should be performed if testing for DVT is negative, because more than 10% of these patients demonstrated a PE when arteriography is performed."
