A 5 year old white female presents with a history of nasal discharge for 12 days which is not improving, low grade fever of 1010F, and persistent cough. The examination is unremarkable except for rhinorrhea. Sinus films are ordered and show bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinus opacification.
