Wegener's Granulomatosis

I failed to consider Wegener's at the initial presentation of pulmonary hemorrhage. I did not have in my knowledge base that Wegener's can present as pulmonary hemorrhage. I also missed at the stage with cavitation, thinking it was an infectious process. Light clicked in my brain only when she presented with multiple lung masses.
