Horner's Syndrome
Horner's Syndrome on the suspected side of the pancoast lesion
should be sought. The
finding would consist of ipsilateral:
- Partial Ptosis
- Anhydrosis
- Myosis
- Enophthalmos
These changes result from involvement of the cervical sympathetic
chain. This finding was the
most commonly encountered sign of nervous system involvement. In
one study, it was observed
in 64% of patient populations.
