Definition 
Goodpasture's Syndrome is a disease characterized by immunologic damage of
alveolar walls and glomeruli. 
Pathology 
There is acute focal necrosis of alveolar walls, hemorrhage into the
alveoli, and interstitial fibrosis. Glomerulonephritis. 
Etiology/Pathogenesis 
Antibody reaction to antigens in the alveolar and glomerular basement
membranes. 
Pathophysiology 
Respiratory difficult, hemoptysis and renal failure.
