Position of the mediastinum gives important clues to the nature of process in each hemithorax. Patient has deviated mediastinum to the right. All of the following conditions can explain this deviation except:

Right pneumothorax

Left pleural effusion

Right pneumonectomy

Kyphoscoliosis

Agenesis or right lung
