Case:

A 55 y/o female is admitted with nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and left flank pain.  Physical exam reveals BP = 70/30, HR = 120, T = 38.7, and RR = 28.  Neck veins are flat.  Lungs are clear.  There are no extra heart sounds.  Abdomen is non-tender.  There is CVA tenderness.  There is no edema.  Extremities are warm, with bounding pulses and good capillary refill.  Mental status is normal.
