RESURRECTION HOSPITAL

Address: 7435 W. Talcott, Chicago, IL

Students expected to return to Loyola campus for mandatory student lectures.
NORTH on S 1ST AVE/IL-171 toward HARVARD ST. - 5.1 miles Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto W FOREST PRESERVE AVE. - 1.7 miles Turn LEFT onto N HARLEM AVE/IL-43 - 2.2 miles Turn LEFT onto W TALCOTT AVE. - 0.3 miles. Hospital is located on the South side of the street.
Parking:     Garage at east end of campus, parking entrance "G". Park on roof only. No student

                      parking on ground level
Services:     General Surgery - one 4-week block at the Resurrection Hospital
Residents:  Yes - affiliated with Loyola Will also work with 1 to 4 attendings
Med Stud:  Work alongside osteopathic students from Midwestern University Lectures:      

                      Required student lecture series at Loyola
Call:             Every 4th or 5th night
Misc:            From parking garage, use employee entrance to get into the hospital. Use call box

                      alongside door to call security and inform them that you are reporting to the 

                      Medical Education office. After entering hospital, turn right and take the elevator to

                      the first floor. Make a right turn at the gift shop and Medical Education is on the left

                      side of this hallway. Arrival time for the first day is 8:00 am. Bring Loyola ID, lab 

                      coat, a lock for your locker, and car license plate number.
