The patient arrives at the emergency room and a clean team transfer is performed. The patient is brought into the REA. There is a bandage on the left forehead just above the eye. Vital signs are as follows: pulse 78 beats per minute and regular, respirations 16 per minute, blood pressure 132/86 mm Hg. Pulse oximetry while on oxygen shows a saturation of 94%.
